The key to a quality fitting cover is to start with a well designed and manufactured frame. |

Frame Design
and Fabrication Frames can be designed to be solid or collapsable, with added grab handles, and solar panel or radar mounting bars. For the highest quality frame for your boat we recommend and use high quality mirror finish stainless steel tubing and fittings. Aluminium tubing is also availiable for runabouts and smaller jobs. The frame manufacturing process starts with designing the frame to suit the lines and angles of your boat, whilst still being functional and accommodating your needs. Bows and angles are carefully considered to ensure that your cover is well fitting and won't hold water. Tubing is then hand bent in our workshop in order to get the exact shapes to suit your boat. Bows and bars are assembled with stainless fittings or welded together. For those wanting a more solid structure, as compared to a canvas cover, we can now offer Fibreglass Hardtops. Using flexible fibreglass sheeting we can create a permanent solid structure that maintains the appearance of a regular canopy, bimini or californian style dodger, that still suits the design and style of your boat.
